A declaration is a red light on your face and a yellow on your voice, with a note that says ask. Ask whom? On what terms? At what price? And who pays?
Nobody had built the layer underneath that note. Parley is that layer. When the answer is no, the no is per use - a training run, a synthetic voice, an avatar, a campaign - and it holds wherever your terms are read. Consent
Nothing that carries your face or your voice can be licensed until you have said yes to it - and your answer is served machine-readably, so a compliant system gets it before it acts, not after. A no is a no per use: a training run, a synthetic performance, an avatar, a campaign. Every read of your terms is snapshotted and hashed.
Credit
Everyone in the frame, on the record - the model, the voice, the performer - named on the work before it can be licensed. Your part of someone else's work is still your part: it carries your consent and your terms, and a licence cannot be issued around you.
Control
Every kind of use of your identity gets its own answer: training, a synthetic performance, an avatar, an endorsement, in-the-style-of. Allow it, block it, or ask-me-first - and the no holds wherever your terms are read. Likeness detection finds where your face turns up, with scan quotas included.
Compensation
A yes has a price, and you set it - per use, per work. A licensee who wants your voice for a synthetic performance or your face in a campaign makes an offer against your terms: above your floor it can go through, below it comes to you. The licence carries the consent chain and the certificate - the receipts. Commission applies only to licensing that starts inside Parley, never to anything you already earn.
